Lois Edgar

Even though my profession has been that of a research biologist, I’ve always had divided interests, in both art and science.  About five years ago, I joined the Boulder Potters’ Guild and returned to ceramics after a long break, and am thoroughly enjoying making pots again.  My work is mostly in porcelain, with some high-fired stoneware, and consists mainly of functional pieces.

I also work with paper, and as a printmaker, and make a line of embossed cards which are available at the Guild sales or from my home.
