Janet Nuzum

I am a Boulder native with a degree in Business from the University of Colorado and an interest in all arts and crafts.  Since founding the guild with the other members in 1969, I have explored many areas of clay.  Each of the many classes and workshops I have taken over these 40 years has given me a different idea on what I would like to do with my work.

Presently, I am concentrating on simple houses.  These are like jewels on the windowsill that glisten and glow with the sunlight.  Each window and door in the house is specifically placed to allow the light to pass through it and give a shadow.

My work is shown at the two yearly shows of the Boulder Potter’s Guild.
